The measured value varies depending on the service conditions of the bearing or the installation position of the sensor, etc., so it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured value of each machine in advance to determine the judgment standard.

Generally, it can be inferred from the temperature outside the bearing chamber. It is more appropriate if the temperature of the outer ring of the bearing can be directly measured through the oil hole. Usually, the temperature of the bearing rises slowly with the start of operation, and reaches a steady state after 1-2 hours. The normal temperature of the bearing varies with the heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load of the machine. If the lubrication and installation are not suitable, the temperature of the bearing will rise sharply and abnormally high temperature will appear. At this time, the operation must be stopped and necessary preventive measures must be taken. The thermal sensor can be used to monitor the working temperature of the bearing at any time, and when the temperature exceeds the specified value, it can automatically alarm or stop to prevent the combustion shaft accident.

The second step is to check the fastening screws

Because the spindle rotates at high speed during operation, if the screw used for fixing is loose, it will fall off during operation and lead to failure. Therefore, before starting the air cooling spindle, check whether the fastening screws are tightened, and also need to check the screws and pins of the coupling to see whether they are tightened, and also need to check whether the belt joint is good and other aspects of the problem.

If the power supply voltage is not stable, it will have a great impact on the electrical parts of the spindle, and even burn the motor. So in order to ensure the safe operation of no abnormalities, inexpensive and high-quality air cooled spindle before starting the spindle power supply and voltage detection. If the power supply voltage can not meet the requirements of use, then it is necessary to take timely measures to avoid serious impact on the spindle.
