Waste motor recycling must know, motor copper content estimation
In the waste motor recovery, to determine the amount of copper is how much can be determined, can calculate how much profit of these motors, in the recovery of the situation is not to face a loss, these are the most basic knowledge of motor recovery, is engaged in waste motor recovery personnel must master the basic knowledge.

What are the technical requirements of stamping technology in the motor lamination manufacturing process?
What is motor lamination? The two main mechanisms that make up the DC motor are the stator and the rotor. The annular iron core, together with the support windings and coils, forms the rotor. The iron core rotates in the magnetic field to generate voltage in the coils, which creates eddy currents. Eddy current is a magnetic loss. When a DC motor loses power due to eddy current flow, it is called eddy current loss. Several factors influence the amount of power loss attributed to eddy flow, including the thickness of the magnetic material, the frequency of the induced electromotive force, and the density of the magnetic flux. The flow of current in the material resistance will affect the way the eddy is formed. For example, as the cross-sectional area of the metal decreases, this results in less eddy current. Therefore, the material must be kept thinner to minimize the cross-sectional area to reduce the amount of eddies and losses.

One hundred thousand why of the motor?
Q. What is an electric machine? A: The motor is the part that converts battery electricity into mechanical energy and drives the wheels of an electric vehicle to spin.Q. What is a motor stator? A: Brush or brushless motor work does not turn the part. The motor shaft of a hub type brushed or brushless toothless motor is called a stator, which can be called an inner stator motor.

Common faults and maintenance methods of 11 kinds of three-phase induction motors
Common faults and maintenance methods of 11 kinds of three-phase induction motors 1.Abnormal sound occurs when the motor is running 2.The motor has large vibration during operation 3.After the electric motor can not rotate, but no noise, no odor and smoke 4.The motor does not rotate after energizing, and then the fuse is burned off 5.There is humming sound when the motor does not rotate after power-on 6.The motor's no-load current is unbalanced, and the three items differ greatly 7.When the motor is unloaded and overloaded, the ammeter pointer is unstable and wobbles 8.The motor's no-load current is balanced, but the value is large 9.It is difficult for the motor to start. When the rated load is used, the speed is much lower than the rated speed 10.The motor overheats or even smokes

Advantages of closed-loop stepper servo system
Advantages of closed-loop stepper servo system Most stepper motor based motion control systems operate in the open loop state and thus provide a low cost solution. However, when the stepper motor drives the load in the open loop mode, there is the possibility of step loss between the command step and the actual step. In order to avoid this possibility, closed-loop stepper servo system is developed. 1.Introduction 2.Is the increased cost worth it?

Stepper motor acceleration and deceleration
Stepper motor acceleration and deceleration When the stepper motor starts, the pulse frequency should be gradually increased, and the pulse frequency should be gradually reduced during deceleration. This is often referred to as the "acceleration and deceleration" method.

Explanation of motor | Disc permanent magnet DC motor
Explanation of motor | Disc permanent magnet DC motor The axial size of the disk type permanent magnet motor is small and the shape is like a disk. Generally, the direction of the air gap magnetic field between the stator and the rotor of the motor is the meridional direction, while the direction of the air gap magnetic field of the disc motor is the axial direction. Except the direction of the magnetic field is different, the working principle is the same as that of the ordinary motor. The following describes the structure of a disk-type permanent magnet DC motor,

Why does the robot design use a stepper motor ?
Stepper motors with low speed and high torque equipment make the transmission shorter which means higher reliability, higher efficiency, smaller clearance and lower cost. It is this feature that makes stepper ideal for robots, since most robot movements are short distances requiring high acceleratio

Advantages and disadvantages of brushless dc motor
Advantages and disadvantages of brushless dc motor 1、Advantages of Brushless DC motor Brushless DC motors have many advantages our the traditional brushed DC motors. Few of the advantages are discussed below in detail 2、Disadvantages of Brushless DC motor Just like in all the other devices, brushless DC motors also have few shortcomings as compared to other motors. As brushless DC motor outperforms brushed DC motor in many cases, however, brushless DC motor also has few shortcomings which are discussed below:
