Introduction of BLDC48 brushless dc motor driver

The BLDC48 series brushless DC motor driver is independently developed byour company. It is aimed at high-tech products driven by medium-power andlow-voltage brushless DC motors. The brushless DC motor driver adopts acost-effective and low-cost solution. Automation control equipment, such astransmission equipment, medical equipment, packaging machinery, foodmachinery, fitness equipment, teaching equipment, garden machinery, andmany other fields. The models are BLDC4805/BLDC4810/BLDC4830;the driversare suitable for the speed adjustment of three-phase brushless DC motors witha power of 24V-100W~1000W and can provide external potentiometer speedregulation, external analog voltage speed regulation, upper computer (PLC,MCU) and other functions. At the same time, the driver has the characteristicsof high torque start, fast start, braking, forward and reverse switching, thecombination of manual and automatic speed regulation, and abnormal alarmsignal output.

Characteristic of brushless dc motor driver

· Can be applied to host computer (PLC or single-chip microcomputer,etc.) analog speed regulation

· Can adopt manual speed regulation mode (can be manually connected with external potentiometer) PID speedloop, current loop control

· Start stop control

· Forward and reverse control

· Enable(EN): enable signal, active low.

· Overload protection setting: P-SV can set motor protection parameters of different power

·Stable high-speed torque output and stable speed

· Magnetic pole setting: 4 poles, 7 poles, and 8 poles are optional, suitable for motors of different specifications

· Overcurrent, overvoltage, under-voltage, locked rotor, Hall signal illegal, temperature protection

·Speed signal output

· Abnormal alarm signal output

· Undervoltage(≤20V), overheating(>95℃) automatic protection

· With brake function,

· Communication function, controller speed adjustment, external display speed, etc.(need to be purchasedseparately)

Environmental requirements of brushless dc motor driver

· Cooling method: wind cooling

· Occasions of use: Avoid dust Oil and corrosive objects

· Operating temperature:-10°~+50°

· Environmental humidity:<80%RH no condensation no frost

Function Description of brushless dc motor driver

(1) Speed regulation mode

A. The drive is externally connected to a potentiometer for speed regulation.

B. Analog voltage speed regulation: You can connect the two fixed terminals of theexternal potentiometer to the GND and 5V of the driver respectively, and connect theadjusting terminal to the SV terminal to adjust the speed with an external potentiometer(10K~100K)

(2) Motor forward/reverse control(F/R)

Controlling the on-off of F/R and GND can control the running direction. When F/R andGND are not connected, the motor runs clockwise, otherwise, the motor runscounterclockwise.

(3)Enable (EN)

The on-off of the control terminal EN relative to GND can control the running and stoppingof the motor. When connected to the GND terminal, the motor runs, otherwise, the motorstops running.

(4) Brake stop(BK)

Control the on-off of BK and GND to brake and stop. When the control BK is connected to

GND, the motor stops and locks, and when it is disconnected, the brake stops, and thebrake stopis faster than the natural stop. The specific stop time is related to the load inertiaof the user system.

(5) Motor speed signal output (PG)

Speed pulse output: The output frequency F (HZ) will be output between this port and theport GND.The relationship between F and the motor speed N(RPM)is as follows:F=N*P/60, where P is the number of pole pairs of the motor, that is, every output pulse is thenumber of pole pairs of the motor.

(6) Alarm output

Driver alarm output: When the ALM port alarms, this terminal is connected to GND (lowlevel), and the driver stops working by itself and is in the alarm state.
