60mm Frameless BLDC Motor Introduction

60mm Frameless BLDC Motor is a high-performance split brushless motor featuring a stator and rotor separated structure without outer housing and shaft assembly. With a compact 60mm outer diameter design, it boasts ultra-high power density and a miniaturized installation form, perfectly catering to the lightweight and integrated design demands of precision motion equipment.

Adopting optimized electromagnetic winding technology and high-quality rare-earth permanent magnets, this frameless BLDC motor effectively reduces cogging torque and torque ripple, enabling smooth, stable and low-vibration operation at both low and high speeds. It delivers reliable and consistent output torque with excellent dynamic response and operational efficiency, greatly improving the motion accuracy of terminal equipment.

Featuring a hollow inner bore structure, the motor reserves flexible space for internal wiring, shaft penetration and optical path layout, which greatly simplifies the overall mechanical structure design of equipment.
