70mm frameless BLDC motor Description

70mm frameless BLDC motor is composed of an independent stator and a permanent magnet rotor. The large and medium-sized hollow holes facilitate the routing of wires and the passage of light, eliminating the need for gear transmission and achieving direct drive with zero backlash positioning. The optimized magnetic circuit reduces the slotting torque, resulting in low vibration and noise, and fast dynamic response. The stator adheres closely to the equipment housing, ensuring high heat dissipation efficiency. Optional Hall position sensing and built-in thermistor overheat protection are available. It supports OEM non-standard customization and is suitable for high-precision compact equipment such as collaborative robots, minimally invasive surgical instruments, industrial precision turntables, exoskeleton devices, etc.
